Service Description

At Pawfection High Wych, I understand that introducing your puppy to the grooming equipment and processes can be overwhelming. That's why I offer a Puppy Pamper to desensitise your puppy to all the grooming equipment and noises within my salon. This may take more than one Puppy Pamper Session, as each individual puppy will react differently which I will discuss with you after your puppies first session. Gradually introduce your puppy to all the equipment and noises used during grooming, such as clippers, scissors, and dryers, to make them comfortable and relaxed during their grooming sessions. Gently introduce your puppy to the brushing and combing process, ensuring they are comfortable and relaxed. Slowly introduce your puppy to the bathing and drying process, including the use of a wet vacuum and different blow dryers, to ensure they feel safe and relaxed. With patients I will introduce your puppy to the paw pad tidy-up process, including nail clipping and pad trimming, in a gentle and safe manner. Caringly introducing your puppy to the gentle and safe cleaning of their ears and the removal of hairs around their eyes. I will finish their grooming session with a spritz of puppy-safe perfume to leave them smelling fresh. Drying cages are never used by Pawfection High Wych, as we believe that the grooming experience should be calming and relaxing for your pet. Starting at £25.00, Prices vary depending on breed, & temperament. A Puppy Pamper takes around 45mins - 1 hrs.
